It feels good to be back in the crisp Bay Area, attending the ILEA BUILD Conference with peers from all over the world (big shout out to ILEA Nigeria, Europe, and Canada!). BUILD was all about channeling creativity, and I came home energized with new tools, takeaways, and plenty of inspiration. ILEA-NCC even came home with a Spirit of Excellence Award for Special Projects!
