December 2025 Wrap Up

We’ve officially entered that post-holiday, pre–New Year limbo, and I can’t help but use this moment to reflect on the year behind us and feel hopeful about what’s ahead as we get ready to press that fresh-start button.

In the new year, our Board will be gathering to strategize and make sure we’re staying aligned with what you—our members, community, and industry—want and need from ILEA. Your voices continue to guide the direction of this chapter, and we don’t take that lightly.

My word of the year is opportunity, creating space for voices to be heard, for groups to be seen, and for individuals to recognize the potential within themselves.

I hope that idea carries into your intentions as we head into 2026.

We’re kicking off the new year with a collaboration alongside our sister chapter, ILEA Napa-Sonoma, on January 20th. I can’t wait to start the year together and see many of you there! Happy New Year!

Holiday Mixer

Our Holiday Mixer brought members together at Gibson’s Irish Pub for a festive East Bay evening filled with connection and cheer. Guests enjoyed bites and drinks while supporting Toys for Tots through ticket donations and a lively onsite raffle. We’re always grateful to celebrate the end of the year with our ILEA-NCC community and give back together.

Thank you again to Gibsons Irish Pub for partnering with ILEA-NCC for our final mixer event of the year!
