Join ILEA’s Northern California (NCC) and Napa–Sonoma Chapters for a joint educational conversation led by a veteran industry leader in beverage catering and experiential service. Centered on what’s in the glass, we’ll explore the rise of sober-curious beverage culture, how guests are engaging with spirits, wine, and non-spirit options, and what these shifts mean for guest experience, inclusivity, and event design. Attendees will walk away with practical insight into beverage trends and guest expectations, plus clear ways to incorporate these offerings into event design, programming, and service—along with curated beverage tastings and delicious hors d’oeuvre bites.
