Join us for an exclusive ILEA NCC member experience at Dandelion Chocolate Factory! Spend an evening with Dandelion at their 16ᵗʰ Street factory, sipping several of their hot chocolates alongside pastries from their kitchen. Dandelion will take your group through the factory to show how they turn two ingredients, cocoa beans and sugar, into chocolate. Then everyone makes their own bar, pouring our tempered chocolate, adding toppings from a selection we’ve put together, and takes it home in a box.
