DEI Beyond Representation: Access and Opportunity in the Live Events Industry

Join ILEA NCC for a midday DEI-focused gathering at Sound Union in Redwood City centered on access, visibility, and opportunity in the Bay Area live events community. This month’s educational program will feature successful business owners, business incubators, and leaders in the space who are building companies, opening doors, shaping meaningful experiences, and helping move our industry forward.

Through short, focused talks and shared conversation, we’ll explore what DEI looks like in practice, how access shows up in business and community, how leaders have built success over time, and what work still needs to be done to create a more inclusive and opportunity-driven industry. Guests will also hear directly from ILEA NCC board leadership on how this conversation connects to our chapter, our broader organization, and the future of live events.
